These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit dripture.com, create an account or purchase from Dripture. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to applicable law.
Store information
We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, prices and availability accurately. Screens and product batches can vary, so minor visual differences may occur. We may correct errors, update information or refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, suspected fraud or unavailable product. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and to use an authorized payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not prevent cancellation if payment fails, information is invalid, fraud is suspected or an item cannot be fulfilled.
Made-to-order products
Dripture merchandise is made after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Replacements policies form part of these terms.
Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is submitted. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout when available. A promotion may have separate conditions and may be changed or ended as permitted by law. No discount is promised unless it is displayed and accepted by the store at checkout.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login details. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated systems in a way that burdens or damages the service.
